We bring the glow to your event every day of the year—even holidays! Serving Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Glenpool, and nearby Oklahoma communities. If you're outside our standard area, just contact us—let's see how we can still make it work.

Can you set up indoors or outdoors? How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

Totally! Our LED-lit portable courses can be set up both indoors and outdoors. Each hole is about 8 ft × 2.5 ft. Plan for about 4 ft × 10 ft per hole to make sure there’s plenty of room for putting. Great surfaces include gym floors, patios, driveways, or hard lawns—basically any clean, level, and solid surface.

How many people can play, and how long does it take?

We measure capacity by “players per hour.” Here’s the breakdown:
9-hole course: ~40 players per hour
 On average, playing 9 holes takes about 15 minutes, while 18 holes take around 30 minutes.

9-hole portable LED course

When do I need to book, and how is payment handled?

We recommend booking early to secure your date.
Deposit: 50% of the booking total.
Balance: Charged 7 days before your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 8 days before the event: Deposit applies toward a future booking.
Cancel within 8 days: Full balance is due—but we can still apply it toward a future event.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Setup and teardown are both quick and easy—typically 15–30 minutes each. Times depend on venue access and delivery distance from vehicle.
